Due to the aftereffects of Hurricane Ike and to accommodate those affected
by the hurricane, the public hearings on the proposed revisions to 30 TAC Chapter 117 and corresponding revisions to the
SIP previously scheduled for September 30 and October 1, have been rescheduled for October 23, 2008, at 2:00 p.m. at the
Texas Commission on Environmental Quality complex located at 12100 Park 35 Circle, Building E, Room 201S in Austin. The commission
has extended the deadline for receipt of comments to October 24, 2008. |
