Council, standards for irrigation system design, installation, and operation, water conservation, and duties and responsibilities
of licensed irrigators. The rulemaking also implements HB 1656, by exempting certain irrigation systems from permitting requirements.
Some municipalities will be required to adopt TCEQ landscape irrigation rules. The rules will define the roles and responsibilities
of licensed irrigator inspectors. |
