Texas Superfund Rules

These state rules and statutes establish the authority for the Texas Superfund Program:

  Hazardous Substance Facilities Assessment and Remediation.
• Texas Health and Safety Code, Chapter 361, Sec. 361.181:
  Registry and Cleanup of Certain Hazardous Waste Facilities.
• Texas Health and Safety Code, Chapter 361, Sec. 361.404:
  Authority to Enter into Contracts or Cooperative Agreements
  with Federal Government for Removal and Remedial Action
  Enforcement.
