Tier II Chemical Reporting

2017 Tier II Annual reports are due March 1st, 2018. Submit reports using the 2017 Tier2Submit software. -
Due to Hurricane Harvey response and recovery, the TCEQ will roll out the new Tier II online reporting system after April 2018.

Starting January 2018 reports must include a customer number (CN), regulated entity number (RN), and TXT2 number.

The List of NAICS codes
has been updated. You must include the updated 2017 NAICS code in your 2017 Tier II report. Major changes include:- 211111 Crude Petroleum and Natural Gas Extraction has changed to 211120 for Crude Petroleum Extraction and 211130 for Natural Gas Extraction.
- 517210 Wireless Telecommunications Carriers (except Satellite) has changed to 517312.
