PST Reimbursement Applications Query

To obtain status information about reimbursement applications, users may search the database by either application number (LPST ID) or company and/or county name. If using the company or county names, partial names are acceptable.

After the database is queried, the user will receive a list of application numbers, claim IDs, applicant names, and county names. The user may then select the application number and claim ID to obtain detailed fund payment report information, or may query further by applicant or county.

NOTE: You cannot perform a search using both the application number and company/county name at the same time.
