Effects Screening Levels: Peer Review
In 2004 and 2005 the TCEQ documented its methodology for developing Effects Screening Levels (ESLs) and contracted with Toxicology Excellence for Risk Assessment (TERA) to conduct an independent, scientific peer review of the methodology.
