What Information Is Needed on the APWL Recommendation
Form?
In order to make a suggestion to the TS that a specific pollutant
and area be considered for addition to or removal from the APWL,
the following information is required:
- Pollutant(s) of interest
- TCEQ Region (

- County
- City
- Description and area boundaries (e.g. street
names, land use)
- Supporting information
- Contact name
- Contact address
- Contact phone number
Ways to Submit an APWL Recommendation Form
You can submit the recommendation by e-mail at tox@tceq.state.tx.us. Please
put “APWL recommendation” in the subject line. Or
complete a
recommendation form and mail it to:
