The Texas Emissions Reduction Plan Advisory Board was
established as part of the TERP under Senate Bill 5 (77th Texas
Legislature) in 2001. The TERP Advisory Board reviews the
implementation of the TERP programs and provides recommendations
for improving those programs.

About the TERP Advisory Board
The Board consists of 15 appointed members and 7 ex
officio members. Five members are appointed by the governor,
five members each are appointed by the lieutenant governor and
speaker of the Texas House of Representatives, and seven serve as
ex officio members.
The meetings of the TERP Advisory Board are open to the public.
Anyone who is interested may attend and observe the
proceedings.
