• Request for Grant Activities for School Bus Retrofits (PDF)—outlines the program eligibility, application process, and terms and conditions. Changes to this document are in Addendum 1 (PDF).

• Statement of Intent for School Bus Retrofits—is a pre-application to reserve funds for retrofit projects; it's optional but allows time to prepare the application.

• Grant Application and Agreement—captures the applicants information, retrofit technologies to be used, and bus information; it's required to apply for grant money.
